*The Pavilion is an open air facility in which all of the barn doors can remain open in a locked position for the duration of your event. The main hall area is not air-conditioned; however, the restrooms and caterer's prep area are air conditioned. The facility does have built in propane heaters for the winter months and both fireplaces and the firepit are functional
The rental fee for this venue is strictly for the use of the facility itself from 10am until 10pm on events booked on Fridays and Saturdays, with a music cut off time of 9:30pm. The rental time for events booked Sunday through Thursday is from 10am until 9pm, with a music cut off time of 8:30pm."The Cottage" is an additional rental ($200) that is available from 10am until 10pm the day of your event.
