*THE COTTAGE consists of a sitting area, kitchen (stove, refrigerator,microwave, oven) restroom with shower and loft area.

*The rental fee is $200 from 10am until 10pm the day of your event. THE COTTAGE is not for overnight guests.

*Cermonies are not allowed next to THE COTTAGE--only at the venue. Photography,however, is allowed in and around the cottage.
